is it illegal to watch movies that are bootleg online?
i know downloading is bad, but what about just watching them.
common, i mean, to me i see nothing wrong just like if someone is smoking pot and you see them, you are not the one smoking just watching.
know what i mean?

please give your opinion?

i think that your supporting them by going to their website like giving the guy smoking pot attention and they’ll both do it again but if the website has a lisence like shows on fox.com then its like smoking pot in amsterdam

To answer your primary question, I believe it is legal to watch movies online if the website specifically enables you to do so (e.g. on Netflix); and of course, this question is not relevant for teaser clips.

And more appropriate analogy will be to compare watching someone smoke pot and watching someone watch movie :-)
